All your life you have been waiting for the right time to open your business. You put it off when you got married, had children and when your father got sick and needed round the clock medical help. Then the years slipped away and your dream got pushed to the side. And suddenly here you are at forty, divorced and kicking yourself for putting everything before your own happiness. So one day you wake up got your courage and finally make plans to get your accounting business off the ground. First you need to find a place to hang your shingle. So you get a Realtor and tell him your specifications. It has to be in a pleasant part of town with a nice view of the park or lake. There has to be lots of parking spaces and close to public transportation. He tells you he has lots of offices to rent and will be able to find you the perfect place. And this brings a big smile to your face.
